Is the NurtureNest™ Arm Pillow machine washable?

Yes, simply toss it in the washing machine for easy cleaning.

Will my NurtureNest™ shrink or stretch in the wash?

The NurtureNest is machine washable (recommend on a cold to warm setting) and should not shrink or stretch out of shape. We do not recommend tumble drying, allow the pillow to fully air dry before use again.

Is the NurtureNest™ Arm Pillow suitable for newborns?

Absolutely! It provides gentle support for mum, dad and baby during nursing.

What is the NurtureNest™ made of?

Can I use the NurtureNest™ Arm Pillow for activities other than nursing, such as reading or watching TV?

While the primary purpose of our arm pad pillow is to provide support during nursing, many mums have found it useful for other activities that require arm support, such as reading or relaxing.

How long will the NurtureNest™ Arm Pillow last with regular use?

Our pillow is crafted from durable materials designed to withstand regular use over an extended period. With proper care, it should last your baby's entire nursing journey!

Where can I buy NurtureNest™ in person?

Currently official NurtureNests are only available via our website; however we are working to build a solid network of licensed stockists and distributors. Stay tuned for more news on that :)

Why did my NurtureNest™ arrive not fluffy?

Often the soft pearl wool don’t exactly enjoy the vacuum seal process required for shipping and can arrive lumpy or clumped together. Don’t worry, this is completely normal and it won’t affect the comfort levels of your pillow at all!

You may need to give your NurtureNest a good massage and shake to separate the fibres within the pillow. It will then puff up and expand over the next 1-2 hours as normal.

Ordering

Can I track my order?

Yes! We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to dispatch and delivery. A tracking number will be sent in a "your order is on the way" email.

What payment options are available?

You can pay safely and securely with credit card via the Shopify payment gateway, PayPal and ShopPay on the Novarelle website. You can also pay in instalments via Klarna.

There's a charge in my bank account but my order didn't go through?

We're so sorry for the confusion! What you see in your bank account is an authorisation (pending charge) and not a real charge and will be reversed in a few days.

In this situation, your card was not billed and we did not receive your order. Instead, an authorization has been placed on the card (which if you use a debit card may appear as a “charge” since it temporarily lowers your available spending limit). This can happen as we've enabled AVS (Address Verification System) or CVV rules to help protect against fraudulent transactions.

The processing bank sent the request to charge your card, and initially an authorization was approved, but, secondarily, the AVS or CVV rule failed, so the payment gateway declined the transaction. We apologise for the inconvenience, this system is in place to protect you and us! 💜

What if my order has not arrived?

If your order has not arrived, please refer to your confirmation email and seek the tracking number provided. All orders should arrive within 7-15 business days Australia wide. If the timeframe extends beyond this period, check with the shipping provider via the tracking number or alternatively do not hesitate to get in touch via contact@novarelle.com

Where is my confirmation email?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. Please check your spam and promotions folder - occasionally we end up there.

If you do not receive your order confirmation email within 12 hours of placing your order you may have entered your email address incorrectly. Please email us and we'll resend it straight away!

How much does shipping cost?

We offer customers standard free Australian and International Shipping with tracking. There is NO shipping cost & NO sales tax.

Multiple shipping options (including expedited shipping and shipping insurance) are available at check out.

What is shipping insurance?

Shipping insurance guarantees your order will be replaced in the rare event it is confirmed as lost or stolen by the courier. If you choose not to select covered shipping, we cannot guarantee a replacement for your lost or stolen order.  

You can upgrade to shipping insurance at checkout.

How does shipping and delivery work?

Orders usually ship within 72 hours. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can keep a close eye on your order until it reaches its destination. 

Please note if you order multiple items in a single order, items may ship from multiple locations depending on stock availability. We do this to ensure you receive your full order as fast as possible. 

How does the package arrive?

The NurtureNest arrives in eco-friendly packaging to minimise waste. It's carefully sealed in a vacuum-sealed bag to keep the product clean and compact for easy shipping. The entire package is then placed inside a protective plastic bag for added security during transit, ensuring your NurtureNest arrives in perfect condition, ready for use.

Can I cancel my order?

If you have noticed you made a mistake in your ordering please email us within 3 hours.


If it's been more than 3 hours since you placed your order, we may not be able to cancel or amend your order. Please reach out to us at contact@novarelle.com. Our dedicated comfort consultants will investigate your request.

Please note that if your order has already been dispatched we may not be able to cancel your order, or modify the provided destination address.

Can I return my order?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

However, not all items are eligible for return. Any products excluded under our return policy will be noted on product pages and / or at checkout.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  Please note, damaged or soiled pillows will not be eligible for our 30-night money back guarantee.

What should I do if I receive a wrong product?

If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact us within 30 days and we will be sure to get you the products you ordered!

What do you do with your returns?

We're so confident that you'll love the NurtureNest that we offer a 30-day money back guarantee. We get less than 2% of customers return their pillows (which is well below the benchmark of returns).

But what do we do with the pillows? We've partnered with a local organisation who work with pregnant women who come from disadvantaged backgrounds. So you don't need to feel like your pillow will go to waste if it turns out not to work for you.
