Part-time Digital Marketing Specialist

With significant growth over the past year, we are expanding our team and searching for a Digital Marketing Specialist to help us continue to build our brand and reach more moms across the globe.

The Opportunity
We’re looking for a part-time, creative, and driven Digital Marketing Specialist to help elevate Novarelle’s online presence. You'll play a key role in expanding our brand’s digital footprint, growing our online community, and driving sales through effective content strategies.

With exciting growth plans on the horizon, this role will be essential in executing our digital marketing initiatives, including email marketing, social media, and content creation.

As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll be the voice of Novarelle across all digital channels, managing community engagement, content distribution, and performance tracking—all to build awareness, drive sales, and foster a loyal customer base.

You'll also be a key player in developing our UGC and influencer program to enhance our reach and authenticity.


Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Director to develop a quarterly marketing strategy focused on brand growth and awareness.
  • Execute email marketing campaigns according to the content calendar, working with copywriters and designers to meet revenue targets.
  • Curate and create engaging UGC content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.).
  • Manage the social media calendar, write long- and short-form captions, and repurpose content for each channel.
  • Monitor, track, and analyse engagement and key performance metrics, making adjustments to improve results.
  • Work closely with the customer service team to ensure timely responses to social media queries and comments.
  • Drive real-time user engagement across digital channels, managing community feedback and content strategy.
  • Develop and manage our ambassador program, including outreach to influencers, creators, and partners.
  • Coordinate with content creators to generate UGC for our digital channels.
  • Assist with consumer trade shows, brand events, and product launches.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or working towards one) in business, marketing, or communications, or experience in a related field.
  • Experience in creating and editing Reels and TikTok videos.
  • Strong writing skills, especially for social media captions that reflect the brand's tone of voice.
  • Familiarity with managing and growing organic social media followings across multiple platforms.
  • Experience with social media tools (FB/IG Studio, Planoly, Canva, InShot, etc.).
  • Knowledge of platforms like Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Ads Manager is a plus.
  • A proactive, growth-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
